 The purpose of the Wound Center is to provide a specifically designated area where a specially trained staff can provide care to the acute and chronic wound patient and their family. The Wound Center consists of a centralized examination and treatment area. Through a coordinated and integrated multidisciplinary approach, all aspects of a patient’s care from the acute to rehabilitation to outpatient care can be managed more effectively. |
