Gregory W. Halbur, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed his residency at Siouxland Medical Education Foundation in Sioux City and is board certified in Family Practice. His practice includes all aspects of comprehensive primary care, including general medical care, gynecology, pediatrics and geriatrics.

 Danielle D. Prince, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. She graduated from Creighton University and completed her residency at Siouxland Medical Education Foundation in Sioux City and is board certified in Family Practice. Her practice includes all aspects of comprehensive primary care, including general medicine, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics and geriatrics.

 Clifford Wilkinson, P.A., received his Physician Assistant Studies Certificate from the University of South Dakota, School of Medicine in Vermillion, SD and a B. S. in Electronic Engineering Technology with a Math Minor from Brigham Young University. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Inc. He provides acute, non-emergent care for a busy family practice office.
